Victoria Beckham’s tailored tail jumper

Everyone’s favourite pouter (cheer up, love) was spotted arriving in NYC yesterday in a v trend-some item: Victoria Beckham was wearing Celine’s tailored polo neck jumper with a back panel (or tail) covering her booty (‘what booty??’, you cry).

Mrs B is fashion forward, we all know that after having it rammed into our minds and eyeballs for the past decade, but she is certainly not alone in her appendage-y jumper business. There are a fair few knits with interesting shapes and extra bits and bobs attached available to us high street plebs, right now. It’s a trend, people.

I like Karen Millen’s chunky Merino wool jumper which has a very interesting knot effect at the front as well as a cape detail:

The cowl cardi at Warehouse is tres chic:

Love, love, love Michael Kors’ cutaway cashmere sweater at Net-a-Porter:

The faux fur trim drape at Oasis keeps things interesting:

Get asymmetrical with Halston’s cashmere-blend tunic at Net-a-Porter:

Or, bend it like Beckham with ASOS’s scoop neck, tail back jumper:
