Claudia Winkleman's red comic relief dress

If you're watching Comic Relief this evening (from 7pm on BBC1), you'll notice that Claudia Winkleman has ditched her regulation black outfit for a bright red creation that is, well, oh so fine!

I go a bit in and out with Winkleman and her too-long fringe - sometimes I really like her understated look, other times I'm a bit bored by it.

But tonight she'll be blazing a trail in a very special dress by the designer Osman Yousefzada - and rather than giving you a link to a lookey likey version, I can tell you exactly how to get your hands on the real thing (and raise dosh for Comic Relief in the process).

Claudia's eye-popping 'red nose red' dress has been designed especially for the event by Osman, and after the night of laughs and tear-inducing clips is over, you can put in a bid for it at eBay.

As this post 'went to press' the bids were standing at £410 - and the dress (pictured below in coral) usually retails at £550 - but on this occasion it's not really about bagging a bargain, so if you have a bit of cash to splash, why not put a bid in?

If you're not the lucky winner, make sure you throw some notes into a Comic Relief bucket and keep your eyes peeled for more beautiful dresses from Osman. This green tiered midi-dress from his SS11 collection has got Fashion Detective written all over it...
