Lydia Bright floral dress, nude jacket and statement necklace, TOWIE 16th October

I like to start the week by making someone happy(ish), so this week’s first post is dedicated to the lovely Abbie, who is most desperate for info on the outfit Lydia Bright was wearing on The Only Way is Essex last Sunday, 16th October…

As you know, I’m always happy to do a bit of digging if the outfit is bonza, and Lydia is indeed rocking a gorgeous look in the cake tasting scene with her mummy (who we met in the flesh at Jessica’s boutique launch – she was fab).

I’m pretty excited about the shop Lydia has just opened in Loughton with her sister Georgia. Bella Sorella stocks a mix of vintage-sourced and vintage-inspired clothes, alongside quirky gifts and cupcakes. Lydia’s love of funky vintage is something I can deffo identify with, and fingers crossed I’ll be visiting the shop v soon to bring you some juicy pics and goss thereafter – watch this space.

If the cakes weren’t so pretty, they could have thrown them at Arg when he burst in…

So, back to the look in question. Lydia’s floral dress is particularly delish; it is the hibiscus circle dress by Marlene Birger. Lydia, a lady with great taste, bought it from fashionbloodhound.com (the designer resale site that specialises in the buying and selling of pre-owned luxury designer pieces). It was also available at mywardrobe.com, so might be worth keeping an eye on their stock levels in case it comes back in.

If you just lurve the design, you might wanna consider an alternative dress by Malene Birger – this floral print dress at fashionbloodhound.com is perfect for the season…

Or, if you wanta copycat look at a slightly lower price, you could plump for the antique floral ruffle dress by Club L at ASOS

Lydia’s jacket is by Mina (a brand big with celebs) – again, no longer available by the looks, but ASOS have a good alternative by Oasis.

As for the statement necklace, well, that’s from Lydia’s shop, Bella Sorella, which opened to the public on October 18th.

You’ll just have to get your bottoms down to Loughton High Street and see if you can find the treasure for yourselves…by the looks of Lydia’s own outfits, you won’t regret it.
