Made in Chelsea Millie Mackintosh: bandage bandeau dress by Hervé Léger
I’ve had a few emails and messages about the Made in Chelsea minx that is Millie Mackintosh. So here’s the first of two posts dedicated to the Millie fans, with some hot info on the stunning dress she wore to the opera recital…
Maybe it’s due to my state of health (and it is in a state, I can tell you) but I actually blubbed a little bit when Millie and Hugo had their extended hug at the end of the Monday 31st October episode.

Maybe the tears were not a product of my fragile emotional status (could I be any more dramatic?) and were actually born of a genuine fear that Hugo would somehow sully the perfect dress Millie was wearing.

Of course it helps to have Millie’s impressive height, slender build and endless legs to pull off a signature bandage dress by Herve Leger, but given that Chrimbo is just around the corner, s’gotta be worth a try, right?
You could go for the real McCoy – all that is missing from this Hervé Léger classic at The Outnet is the sequins (needle? thread?)

With a slightly less scandalous shape, this strappy version at NET-A-PORTER is a bit safer to wear and equally eye-popping – avec the bling.
