Preview: Ted Baker spring/summer collection 2012 for men

Who’s in the mood for some late night eye candy? As I mentioned previously, I was lucky enough to be at Ted Baker’s SS12 preview this morning and I’ve taken lots of pics to, let’s face it, saturate your whistle.

The ladies follow in the morning (as does a full catwalk report for Style Compare), but while we’re all in the mood for gorgeous clothes on gorgeous men…

Well, the first model looked like Robert Pattinson, so there’s a good start – and he’s wearing a jolly nice chino and anorak combo there too (khaki and red = great scheme for blokes)
Boys who moan that they don’t have good colours to choose from, take heed
Ted keeps it simple – but the scarf gives this striped tee pizzazz
Loving the preppy deckchair stripes, glasses, satchel and brogues with denim shorts
Ted’s tailoring has a very casual impact
Here’s how to work a pink suit
Perfect in (salmon) pink – it shouldn’t work, but it does
And speaking of pretty in pink…more men need to embrace this colour
I’m so buying my boy (the big one) the sage green jeans – and forcing him to wear them. Great colour.
The Johnny Depp-a-like model went down a storm with the ladies on the FROW – loving his simple styling here too (those desert boots must be bought)
The 80s “yacht club look” sneaking back in here
This surly, slightly scruffy (and a bit older) model showed Ted’s playful side; he toughened up the pastels and rocked the casual tailoring
(Denim) suited and booted
Dunno about you, but the checked shirt and tie are doing it for me…
Nothing beats a floral finish, guys
Suits you sir – with a splash of Miami Vice *applause*

With thanks to all at Ted Baker and 7thingsmedia
