Louise Thompson’s model debut for Gorgeous Couture

Hands up if you remember Made in Chelsea? It’s been a while hasn’t it – and all this Bachelor talk has been keeping us busy.

But Made in Chels was our original guilty pleasure and I’m pleased to see the lovely Louise Thompson on her first ever modelling assignment for Gorgeous Couture. Lucky Lou was chosen for GC’s first celebrity collaboration and the collection is apltly named, SW3.

Just to make us even more jel, the signature and Swarovski styled garments, which look blinding on Ms. Thompson, were shot on the island of Ibiza (where I’d like to be right now) and she looks fab in jumpsuits, bright colours and groovy prints.

I like pretty much all the designs (and the prices aren’t too steep), but here’s a Fashion Detective edit with all the pieces that strike me as having that classic Louise Thompson vibe…

This lace panelled maxi dress is so sunny and gorgeous – you could wear it on a beach or wear it to a ball (Gorgeous Couture SW3 Collection , £194 online)
Ahhh, the Thompson attitude we all miss: This diamond print dress is very Chelsea (Gorgeous Couture SW3 Collection, £154 online)
In a soft, Italian jersey fabric, Louise really knows how to rock a neutral shade – this mushroom colour dress looks great on her, particularly with her signature orange nails (Gorgeous Couture SW3 Collection, £145 online)
If you’ve got the figure for it, this amazing column maxi in regal purple is a killer dress for late summer (Gorgeous Couture SW3 Collection, £249 online)
Black is not my favourite colour but how stylish is this one shoulder trouser suit? (Gorgeous Couture SW3 Collection, £164 online)
Louise has always worn animal print well and this dress is hot for holiday evenings out (Gorgeous Couture SW3 Collection, £154 online)
And isn’t this chic, black maxi with a detachable Swarovski element belt just vintage Louise? I wonder if Spencer is in the driving seat… (Gorgeous Couture SW3 Collection, £249 online)
And if ultimate Made in Chelsea fashion is what you want, didn’t a certain Miss Caggie Dunlop once wear this dress in white…? (Gorgeous Couture SW3 Collection, £139)
