Dish of the day: Chicken at Aubaine

Quick fashion pause for breath – and time for some foodie inspiration. This “chicken supreme” (sounds naff but tastes delightful) was served up at Aubaine in High Street Kensington.

The corn fed chicken is served with celery and mushrooms and I ordered Dauphinoise potatoes on the side. Add a lovely glass of white wine to the equation and surely that’s a perfect (if indulgent) Sunday supper? Quick – get cooking!
