Fearne Cotton shows her very.co.uk SS13 collection in celeb-tastic Claridges

It feels like London Fashion Week has lifted off – and guess who cut the ribbon? Fearne Cotton, that’s who. I’ve just got back from Claridges where a glowing Fearne (complete with very tidy baby bump) showed off her SS13 collection for very.co.uk in the magnificent ballroom.

Readers, it were wall-to-wall celebs, Millie Mackintosh, Louise Thompson (in a lovely coral dress), Oliver Proudlock and Professor Green were FROW; Keith Lemon was behind me in the scrum coming in (there was a huge turnout); Gemma Cairney (not wearing the same dress as me tonight) was in a fetching brocade jacket; Misha B was being papped and had MASSIVE hair…and, due to the fact that I didn’t have a plus one and am shit scared of real life famous people, I made a mad dash for the exit as soon as the silver streamers had exploded and Fearne had made her thank you speech (which included a special mention for the bloggers, awwww). Anyway, thanks to my lilly-livered ways, you may be among the first people on the planet to see these designs.

And are they any cop? Well, judge for yourselves…

Behold – the FROW: I spy Prof Green, Millie, Ollie Proudlock and Louise Thompson (in coral)
First out was this very cute floral playsuit
Love the short sleeved mesh panel on this floral bodycon dress
A refreshing take on animal print here
Love this large black lace effect
More lace – with a silky purple twist
The wine-coloured jumpsuit is soooo elegant – one of my fave pieces of this collection: Am so getting one (and it’s bound to be dead affordable)
Can’t go wrong with a chain print dress – I can really see Fearne in this one
Simple but effective: Silky black playsuit
Neutral colour blocking
The neon trim capri pants looked great with a pale pink lace top – Fearne is in on the pink SS13 craze
A lovely spring yellow jumper – with Fearne’s signature heart print
And a very shiny maxi skirt
Look! It’s Leah Wood, modelling for her mate (and future sis-in-law??)
This evening dress has a black underlay and sheer pale green overlay – very tasty
The show ends with a (quite alarming) bang – and silver streamers shower down upon the guests
Fearne thanks Leah Wood, who she describes as her “muse” for this collection

Fearne looked gorgeous – and her baby bump is sooo cute (I looked like a whale when I was expecting)
One last round of applause – and isn’t that dress lovely? Just like Fearne

With thanks to very.co.uk
