Up a mountain…in a silk skirt suit

Our Christmas holiday on the (former) Island of Fernandos is coming to an end. Gutted. As well as sun, sea, sangria, a terrifying cable car ride up a volcano and a really angry Beatles tribute band, we’ve been snapping some v cute SS13 fashion – hopefully to give us all something to look forward to when January takes hold.

Yesterday was our most ambitious shoot in the dramatic foothills of Mount Teide (aka “that volcano”). Windswept? I’ll say. But in between gusts we got some great shots of a stunning Kelly Love SS13 floral top and skirt, looking awesome sauce in the desert surrounds: just don’t mention the bit where the mountain men were laughing at me for braving minus 3 temperatures in silk and sandals at the summit, with icy wind blasts exposing my pants.

Thought I’d share a sneaky peek for now, and I’m planning a special New Year post to show you all the pretty pieces I’ve been wearing out here, hopefully to get you lovely lot in the mood for a lush springtime just around the corner (and if that fails to materialise in soggy Britain, yet again, get thee down to Tenerife – it’s fabulous).
