me&i 2014 collection for mums and kids

Right about this time last year, Eliott and I did a cute little shoot opposite our old flat to show off a couple of pieces from the spring/summer collection at me&I (doesn’t El look dinky!!?)

Fast forward 12 months and here we are again – this time in Exeter, and wearing two pieces from the me&i 2014 spring/summer collection

This year, we didn’t go for matching colours (that wouldn’t be cool now El is almost 10) but the styles we chose have the same cool comfort as last year, with poppy colours and a retro twist to boot.

I was totally charmed by the paisley lace up tunic in bright orange and pink print: right up my street with a late 60s vibe and great for holidays worn simply with sandals, or for days out at home with colourful tights and spring shoes or boots.

El was into the very funky “&” sweat jacket in a brilliantly bright aqua blue. He’s rocking it with boys’ jeggings (!) from H&M and the awesome Beatles print Vans we bought in Liverpool.

If you love a massive helping of bright colour with your summer style, as well as total comfort, and want your clothes to work with your kid’s, me&i win again this year.

With thanks to me&i.
