You all know that I love Miglio – look it; there I am to the left, looking slightly shiny and wearing a big, fat 50s-inspired statement piece for my, ahem, “wedding“.

I wore that very same necklace last night for dinner at Refettorio (which is rather nice, as it goes – I’m watching my Sex & The City box-set again and it makes me want to sit in cocktail bars and fancy restuarants being – and drinking – cosmopolitan).

The brilliant thing about the bling from Miglio is that you can dress down everywhere else (last night I went for a nude jersey maxi dress, grandad shirt and turquoise brogues) and just let the jewels do the talking.

I’ve also got an amazing ring from last year’s collection and that similarly blinds all-comers. It’s big, heavy and heart-shaped – just the way I like ’em. Even if I’m in the plainest of plain clothes it makes me feel a bit, well, jazzy, y’know?

Anyway, all this bling-love makes me overly excited about the new collection of Miglio ring-a-ding-dings. Here are my three faves…

Sterling silver with cabouchon pearl:

Sterling silver with flower crystal:

And my fave pieces from Miglio usually involved a burnished rose – this simple classic is a must-have for summer:
