London looms large – and Lee Pearson gets a silver medal

When it comes to special days, today was one of them. With bells on.

Summer is sadly drawing to a close, but London is still the place to be, and after randomly wandering into town this afternoon, with not a plan or a ticket to our names, we ended up cruising down the Thames, doing the Mexican wave at the Paralympic dressage, cheering the man who could soon be our greatest ever Paralympian at his medal ceremony, chasing giant bubbles on the banks of the river and eating Lebanese Street food in the shadow of the Royal Festival Hall. London rocks? You bet.
